You may submit questions and comments to the Board or staff by e-mailing HealthPolicyBoard.Info@state.or.us The board frequently includes one or more public comment periods during board meetings, at which time members of the public may offer oral and written testimony. The board may hold public comment periods which are limited to particular topics.  A meeting attendee who wishes to offer written testimony or other written materials in addition to oral testimony should bring twelve (12) copies of the document(s). The document(s) shall be submitted to staff when called by the chair to provide public comment.  Oral time may be limited to 1-2 minutes.

The nine-member Oregon Health Policy Board (OHPB) serves as the policy-making and oversight body for the Oregon Health Authority. The Board is committed to providing access to quality, affordable health care for all Oregonians and to improving population health.  OHPB was established through House Bill 2009, signed by the Governor in June 2009. Board members are nominated by the Governor and must be confirmed by the Senate. Board members serve a four-year term of office. The Board is responsible for implementing the health care reform provisions of HB 2009.

The OHSU Center for Health & Healing Building is served by several bus lines as well as the Portland Streetcar. The Tri-Met trip planner at www.trimet.org will provide the most direct mass transit route for you
